Bubbl Community Guidelines

Effective date: April 7, 2026 Applies to: Bubbl website, web app, chats, calls, uploads, and support spaces

These guidelines explain the behavior expected on Bubbl. They work alongside the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Treat people with respect

Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, shame, or repeatedly contact someone who does not want to hear from you. Rejected invites, repeated unwanted messages, or pressure after someone has set a boundary may lead to action.

2. Protect minors and vulnerable users

Do not attempt to exploit, groom, manipulate, or improperly contact minors. Bubbl Free and Bubbl+ are currently 16+ only. Bubbl Family is the future supervised minors product, and any attempt to work around that policy may trigger restriction or investigation.

3. No fraud, impersonation, or deception

Do not pretend to be another person, company, or authority. Do not use Bubbl for scams, phishing, payment abuse, fake support requests, or any activity intended to trick users or the platform.

4. Use uploads responsibly

Only share content you have the right to send. Do not upload malware, illegal files, or content intended to harm devices, steal data, or interfere with the service. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for support or lawful reporting.

5. Do not abuse platform systems

Do not spam invites, create abusive duplicate accounts, attempt to bypass bans, interfere with billing, scrape other users, or automate actions in ways that degrade safety or reliability. Bubbl may rate-limit, restrict, or investigate suspicious behavior.

6. Reporting and enforcement

If you encounter abuse, fraud, or unsafe behavior, use Bubbl reporting or support channels. Bubbl may review relevant stored data, logs, account history, and uploads when investigating. Enforcement can include warnings, invite restrictions, message restrictions, account suspension, permanent bans, or escalation to the appropriate authorities where required.

7. Keep support channels relevant

Support channels should be used for payment issues, access issues, bug reports, and other legitimate platform problems. Abuse of support channels, including spam or hostile behavior toward staff, may result in restrictions.

8. Policy changes

We may update these guidelines as Bubbl evolves. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised version.
