Bubbl Terms and Conditions

Effective date: April 7, 2026 Applies to: Bubbl website and web app (web launch scope)

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Bubbl. By creating an account, accessing the website, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and account creation

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Bubbl Free and Bubbl+ are currently available only to users aged 16 and older. Bubbl Family is the future supervised product path for minors and is not publicly available yet. If you submit a Family interest email, you confirm you are authorized to share that contact information for release updates.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Bubbl to break the law, harass or threaten others, distribute malware, commit fraud, impersonate another person, exploit minors, or interfere with the service. We may investigate misuse and take action including content review, account restrictions, suspension, or termination. Bubbl encrypts messages in transit and may review stored content when required for safety, support, investigations, or legal compliance.

3. Messaging, calls, and storage

Messages and calls are protected in transit using industry-standard transport encryption such as HTTPS/TLS. Bubbl stores message and account data on its servers to deliver the service, sync devices, provide support, investigate abuse and safety incidents, and comply with legal obligations. Bubbl is not presented as a zero-access or end-to-end encrypted service unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific feature.

4. Moderation and investigations

To keep the platform safe, Bubbl may review stored content and account activity when reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, report handling, fraud detection, security response, customer support, or compliance with court orders, lawful requests, and platform rules.

5. User content and rights

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Bubbl the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, store, display, and moderate that content to operate the service. You represent that you have the right to share the content you upload or send.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid features, top-ups, and subscriptions may be billed through Bubbl or third-party payment providers. Prices, taxes, billing cycles, cancellation terms, and public plan availability will be shown before purchase. Bubbl Family may appear in internal testing or preview materials before public launch, but it is not yet purchasable by the public. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Bubbl at any time. Some obligations, including payment obligations, dispute terms, and provisions relating to investigations, survive termination.

8. Service changes

Bubbl may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised version.

9. Community standards

Use of Bubbl is also subject to the Community Guidelines. Violations of those rules may lead to warnings, feature restrictions, investigation, suspension, or account termination.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Bubbl is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that the service will always be free of bugs or security issues. To the extent permitted by law, Bubbl is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, contact Bubbl support through the channels listed on the website or in the app. You should also review the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
