This Privacy Policy explains how Bubbl collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the website and web app.

1. Information we collect

Account details such as your email address, display name, password hash, and profile settings.
Content and usage data such as messages, call logs, attachments, reactions, device identifiers, IP addresses, and app activity needed to operate the service.
Support and billing data such as payment provider responses, subscription records, abuse reports, and customer support communications.
Family interest data such as a contact email and age-category context when someone asks to be notified about Bubbl Family availability.

Because Bubbl stores message content on its servers to operate the service, authorized access may occur when reasonably necessary for safety, support, investigations, or legal compliance.

7. Children

Bubbl Free and Bubbl+ are not intended for users under 16. If we learn that an account was created for someone under the minimum permitted age outside an approved Bubbl Family preview flow, we may take steps to disable the account and delete the related data, subject to legal and safety retention duties. If you submit a Family interest email, we retain that contact data only for launch or testing updates unless a longer retention period is required for abuse or security reasons.

8. International processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on where Bubbl and its providers operate infrastructure. Where required, Bubbl will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

9. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the website, the app, or by email. Your continued use after the updated policy takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
