How is my data protected?
Messages and calls are encrypted in transit between your device and Bubbl servers using TLS. Message content is stored on Bubbl servers to power delivery, support, abuse investigations, and legal compliance.
Can I use Bubbl on mobile?
The current public beta is web-first. You can still use Bubbl from mobile browsers, while native iOS and Android apps are scheduled for a later release.
How do I buy bubblz?
You can purchase bubblz using the Top-Up option on your profile page. Pick an amount, complete the payment, and your balance updates immediately.
Can I change my email after registration?
No, your email stays the same, this is your identity on the platform. You can change your display name once every 7 days, this is your identity in chats/calls.
Do I need a mobile number to register?
No. Bubbl requires your email address, display name, and date of birth for age-safety checks.
Who can register?
Bubbl Free and Bubbl+ are currently available to users aged 16 and older. Bubbl Family will handle supervised under-16 access later, and interested families can leave a contact email for release updates.
